A Gastronomic Experience
Ideally located on the border of Landes, Gers, and the Basque Country, La Table de Jean-Paul Tossens could not dream of a better location. Eating at La Table means embarking on a journey through these three very different regions and discovering their exceptional products. The most important thing on the plate is the product, whether it is salmon from Adour, or a magnificent tomato from our vegetable garden. Our role is to enhance these products, not to hide them.

The Chef
Jean-Paul Tossens
Far from his native Belgium, it is in Saint-Mont, in the Gers, that Chef Jean-Paul Tossens introduces us to his cuisine. After numerous trips and experiences abroad, it was at the Monastery of Saint-Mont that Jean-Paul and his wife Béatrice decided to settle. At the gourmet restaurant, the chef introduces you to the best products of the region and enhances them thanks to his numerous experiences. His rule in cooking: “the product and always the product!”. To be as close as possible to the chef and cooks, eat in the kitchen, at the table d'hôte.
Le Weekend
The "Déjeuners Gourmands"
Le weekend au déjeuner, en plus des menus de La Table, le chef propose un menu en 3 services, avec l’accord des vins et l’apéritif offert (Uniquement sur réservation). Le menu n’est jamais publié à l’avance car il dépend entièrement des produits du moment. Le chef se laisse inspirer par le potager et les producteurs locaux pour proposer un menu différent chaque semaine qui reflète la nature et les saisons. (Menu à 65€ par personne)

Notre mission n’est pas simplement de vous nourrir mais de partager une nouvelle façon de manger et de vous emmener, à travers chaque plat, à la rencontre d’hommes et de femmes qui travaillent au quotidien pour produire des produit de qualités.
